Hospita — — a medical institution whose main purpose is treatment and rehabilitation,which has become a large energy consumer because of its diverse functions and complex users.It integrates outpatient hall,traffic space,waiting space,consulting room space and ward,thus acoustic environment has a very important influence on users’ treatment and work experience.A large number of data have shown that problems such as excessive noise and sound pollution are common in hospitals,which have not been solved but become more and more prominent.Doctors and patients are the main users of the hospital,and their physical and mental health is closely related to the acoustic environment.When the noise is severe,it will cause adverse effects such as reduced work efficiency and infections.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of the acoustic environment of hospitals is extremely necessary.The paper takes the hospital acoustic environment as the research object,aiming to study the relationship between environment,sound and human,exploring the rules of changes and developments of sources and acoustic field,and discovering people’s subjective evaluation of the acoustic environment.Meanwhile,providing technical support for the proposal of the hospital acoustic environment evaluation system.Firstly,the paper introduces the concept of sound environment in healthy buildings,general hospitals and hospitals,and sorts out the hazards of noise and existing hospital acoustic environment assessment methods and standards.Then,the research and field measurement are combined,and the acoustic environment of three large hospitals in Nanjing(Hospital A,Hospital B,and Hospital C)is used as the research object to analyze the current situation of the hospital’s acoustic environment from the aspects of general planning,architectural design,and sound absorption design.The research discovers the main components of the source and the characteristics of the acoustic field,as well as the rules of SPL with time,space,and population density so as to establish a cognition of the objective sound environment of the hospital and provide a reference for the design of the hospital acoustic environment assessment scale.Then combined with the theoretical knowledge of architectural acoustics,medicine,sociology and other interdisciplinary fields,the design and research of the hospital acoustic environment evaluation scale were carried out.The pre-survey has been screened by sample independence test,reliability analysis and factor analysis to form a formal survey scale.Through the implementation and analysis of the statistical results of the formal survey scale,we found the evaluation rules of medical staff and patients,including the sound source,noise acceptance,comfort level and the correlation of environmental factors,as well as the relationship between satisfaction and the evaluation of social and environmental factors.Finally,based on the results of the actual investigation and subjective evaluation,the hospital acoustic environment health evaluation form was established,which provided methodological support for creating a healthy hospital acoustic environment.The research results of this paper will provide a new research method and reference for the evaluation of hospital acoustic environment in the future.
