The Application Research On Healing Garden In Changsha General Hospital

With the change of medical industry, the development of healing theory and the deep understanding of human health, healing activity increasingly gets identification from patients and the whole society. On the aspect of patient the general hospital, as main medical institution in the society, has many characteristics such as large amounts, complex structure and so on. For landscape design plants don’t only have landscape sensitivity and ecological benefit, but also obvious promotion on safeguard of human health. At present some general hospitals don’t have healing gardens, and some of having healing gardens still have problems such as the.single type of plant landscape, the lack of exercise yard and paying no attention to floral function, for patients which lead to unsatisfied healing activities. So the research of healing hospital is on the ropes.In the paper gains achievements from3aspects as follow:(1)The basic theoretical research of healing gardens. I mainly summarize the healing effects from physiology and psychology, and discuss the floral influence on different patients, the floral selection of healing gardens and the types of plant landscape, which direct direction for the investigation of the current situationof healing gardens and also lay the foundations of plant landscape planning and designof healing gardens in general hospital.(2)The investigation of the current situation of plant landscape in Changsha general hospitals. I choose typical general hospitals on Changsha, with field investigation to the kinds of plants and healing effects analyze current plants about ornamental characteristics, ecological benefit, and healthy function. At the same time with the patient’s behavior to different disposition and space of plants, I make a further observation and research to supply realistic basisfor design disciplines, landscape elements, and specific partitionon healing gardens.(3)The plant landscape planning and design researchof healing garden of general hospital. According to the research and analysis of current research results, I summarize the classification and characteristics of healing gardens in general hospitals, meanwhile according to the different functions of plant landscape, biology, and healing, I offer general recommendationsfor the plants landscape design of healing gardens, and concrete and constructive suggestions for different site selection of healing gardens of and different areas of plant landscape design in healing gardens. By systematic investigation and study about the plant landscape design of healing garden of general hospital,broadly the planning of healing garden is in favor of maintaining health on human psychology, physiology, and society, moreover has significant practical significance for long-term development of the hospital.
