Research On Acoustic Environment Of Public Space In Comprehensive Hospital

Abstract/Summary:
The hospital buildings should provide better medical environment while meeting the requirements of medical functions.However,the public spaces of general hospitals with the highest density of people generally have the problems of poor acoustic environment quality,which have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of doctors and patients.In view of this,this thesis has carried out related research from the aspects of acoustic environment quality evaluation and acoustic performance improvement for the noise problem of public spaces in a general hospital.(1)Based on the comprehensive consideration of the public space basic characteristics and the acoustic environment current situation of the hospital building,the acoustic environment influencing factors of the public space in hospital were analyzed,and the acoustic environment quality evaluation system of the public space in general hospital was established.The method of questionnaire survey was used to subjective evaluate the acoustic environment quality of public space in general hospitals from the aspects of the characteristics of the acoustic environment,the overall layout of the hospital,and the impact of noise on people’s physical and mental health,etc.The evaluation results showed that most of the respondents were not satisfied with the acoustic environment;according to Pearson correlation coefficient analysis,there was no significant correlation between the gender,age,identity of doctors and patients and the satisfaction of the acoustic environment,while there was significant correlation between the overall layout design of the hospital,the quiet degree of public space,the impact of noise on the physical and mental health and the satisfaction of the acoustic environment.(2)The outpatient and emergency building of a general hospital was taken as an example,the field noise monitoring test was carried out and the data were collected in the outpatient hall,registration and charging area,medicine collection area,department waiting area and other spaces exceeding the standard.The test results showed that the average noise level of each measuring point was generally about 75db.The type of noise source and the change rule of the sound pressure level of the public space noise with time,frequency and space were analyzed by using the relevant noise evaluation index.According to the noise spectrum analysis,the sound energy in the public space of the hospital was mainly distributed between 125Hz and 2000Hz.The spectrum showed that the peak value of the sound pressure level of most measuring points occurred at 1000Hz,a few measuring points appeared at 125Hz,and they were all greater than 72db.The equivalent continuous A sound level distribution of noise was between 47.22db and 75.62db,thus the frequency distribution range of sound energy in public space of hospital was determined,and the root cause of noise generation was investigated and analyzed.(3)Based on the results of subjective evaluation of acoustic environment quality and monitoring data analysis,the building space layout and streamline organization are optimized to reduce the noise caused by moving line interference.The perspective partition components were added in public space to reduce noise interference between functional zones.Sound absorption treatment was performed on hard interfaces such as walls and ceilings to reduce the propagation path and intensity of noise in the space and reduce the intensity of environmental background noise.Significant dynamic and static guidance and warning education signs were set to reduce the flow noise of doctors and patients.The acoustic environment quality of public spaces in hospitals can be effectively improved through the above architectural design,noise reduction technology measures.This thesis has actively and effectively explored the current situation of the acoustic environment in a general hospital,which can provide a reference for creating a good acoustic environment of public spaces in general hospitals.
