| The development of information technology has not only brought many conveniences to our lives and work,but also brought tremendous changes to the earth,cities,communities,and enterprises.Smart enterprise is the product of the combination of information technology,intelligent system platform and enterprise organization,which provides a new source of power for the rapid development of enterprises.The hydropower industry is at the forefront of my country’s research on smart companies,and has contributed a lot to the construction and development of smart companies in my country.This article selects hydropower companies as the research object,and relates the influencing factors and paths of the smart transformation of hydropower companies.The research,thinking about problems from multiple perspectives,enriches the theoretical framework of smart enterprises,provides more effective influencing factors that need to be paid attention to for smart transformation of hydropower enterprises,and enables enterprises to more systematically understand the internal logic structure of their transformation.First,according to the enterprise digital infrastructure and operational capability maturity model(IOMM model)and related literature results,the IOMM model for the smart transformation of hydropower enterprises is constructed,and then the four main factors affecting the smart transformation of hydropower enterprises are summarized as organizational personnel and independent Innovation,information technology,and service operations,and subdivide the four main influencing factors according to relevant literature,and divide the four influencing factors into flat organizational structure,perfect organizational system,employee happiness,independent research and development investment,Investment and training of technical talents,design and implementation of innovation strategies,development of new business,degree of resource integration,construction of comprehensive data platform,equipment inspection and control,construction of multi-system linkage,wisdom of management decision-making,efficiency of human-computer interaction,digital supply 16 elements of chain construction,refined operation system,and service system construction.Then,based on the influencing factors,the structural equations were used to construct a hydropower enterprise smart transformation system structure model,that is,organizational personnel,independent innovation,information technology and service operation have an impact on the hydropower enterprise smart transformation.Secondly,a questionnaire was designed according to the structure model of the smart transformation system of hydropower enterprises to collect the data needed by the empirical research,and a questionnaire containing 21 items was formed,which was divided into two parts.The first part is the basic information of the survey object,and the second part is the questionnaire.The second part is the smart transformation of hydropower enterprises.In the end,200 valid questionnaires were collected.After statistical analysis of the sample data,it is believed that the data can be used to study the smart transformation of hydropower enterprises.On this basis,using structural equations to construct a hydropower enterprise smart transformation model and put forward research hypotheses,verifying that the hydropower enterprise smart transformation model has good adaptability and fit,and derives the path of the hydropower enterprise smart transformation Coefficients,while verifying the proposed research hypotheses,and found that all four research hypotheses passed.Finally,according to the measurement results of the influence path of the structural equation,the correlation between the various elements is analyzed from the measurement model of the structural equation model and the structural model.It is found that in the measurement model,the flat organizational structure of the organizational staff and the happiness of employees are important elements;the design and implementation of innovative strategies in independent innovation are more important,while the development of new businesses is slightly less important;information technology The construction of a comprehensive data platform in China is the most important element,and equipment inspection and control and multi-system linkage are equally important;the construction of the service system in service operation is the most important,followed by the construction of digital supply chain,and finally the refined operation system.In the structural model,independent innovation has the greatest impact on the smart transformation of hydropower enterprises,followed by organizational personnel and information technology,and the least impact is on service operations.Based on the results of the model and the actual situation of the hydropower industry,policy recommendations for independent innovation,organization of personnel,information technology and service operations in the process of smart transformation of hydropower enterprises are put forward. |
