| Traditional energy is a pillar industry of the national economy,shouldering the mission and responsibility of ensuring national energy security,promoting economic development and protecting the environment.The "double carbon" target has put forward higher and more urgent requirements for the transformation and development of traditional energy enterprises.Accelerating the high-quality development of traditional energy enterprises and achieving low-carbon and efficient operation are also important and urgent tasks proposed in the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the 2035 Vision.From the current theoretical research and practical results,intelligent transformation and upgrading is an effective path to help traditional energy enterprises reduce carbon emissions,improve energy utilization efficiency and achieve high-quality development.However,the research related to the intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises is relatively concentrated in the fields of high-end manufacturing and Internet,and it is generally believed that it needs to go through three stages: informatization,digitalization and intelligence.Based on this,this paper proposes a study on the implementation path of intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises with the help of previous research results,and verifies its feasibility through case studies,in order to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises.Firstly,based on a large number of literature studies and field researches,we define traditional energy enterprises and their intelligent transformation and upgrading based on the background of "double carbon" and digital economy,elaborate the relevant theoretical basis around strategic transformation,competition and cooperation,enterprise capability and value creation,and use inductive research method to analyze the realistic basis of intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises.Using inductive research method,we analyze the realistic basis of intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises,and discover and put forward their problems in transformation path,strategic awareness,technology and talents,and management ideas.Secondly,based on the theoretical foundation research,the overall implementation path of intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises is designed and proposed according to the logic of "clarifying the strategic demand for intelligent transformation and upgrading → constructing intelligent transformation and upgrading elements → building intelligent capabilities → promoting business innovation and transformation",and the key tasks,core components and related logic of the path process are elaborated.The key tasks,core components and associated logic of the path are elaborated.Specifically,the intelligent transformation and upgrading strategy should be formulated with the demand of enhancing the sustainability of competitive and cooperative advantages and the orientation of upgrading the value creation mode;constructing the data elements as the core,covering the organizational elements and technical elements;building intelligent capabilities in energy production and supply,R&D and design;promoting the business innovation and transformation in products and services,and gradually realizing the intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises.The project will be carried out with the help of case studies.Then,with the help of case study method,ZBR Group is selected as the research case to verify the feasibility of the path.Finally,based on the implementation path study and the case inspiration,management suggestions are proposed for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises,namely:(1)Formulate an intelligent transformation and upgrading strategy that meets the current situation of the enterprise based on the sustainable acquisition of competitive and cooperative advantages and the upgrading of the enterprise value creation model;(2)Build the elements required for intelligent transformation and upgrading through organizational changes to achieve intelligent organizational management,strengthen the construction of data elements and data value mining,achieve synergy and co-construction by building multiple competing relationships,and introduce and cultivate composite talents;(3)Use open R&D innovation and construction of intelligent infrastructure to build intelligent capabilities;(4)Promote business innovation and transformation by empowering traditional energy products with technology,innovating energy demand-side services,and emphasizing industry value to promote industrial upgrading.This study enriches and develops the theory related to the intelligent transformation and upgrading path of traditional energy enterprises,and can provide reference for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy enterprises. |
