| In recent years,the technological innovation and development of the equipment manufacturing industry has attracted significant attention in different government and academic circle over the world with the global “re-industrialization” strategy prevailing.The United States,Germany,Japan and some other countries have increased the attention to technological innovation,for example by developing a development strategy,implementing fiscal and taxation policies and so on to inspire the vitality of equipment manufacturing enterprises.China’s rapid economic growth in recent years has shifted from a high-speed growth phase to a high-quality development phase.As an important pillar industry of the national economy,equipment manufacturing industry has a great impact on China’s economic growth.In 2017,the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power and accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing.However,China’s equipment manufacturing industry still has structural contradiction such as large but not strong,high-end supply shortage,low-end supply.And it also faces the challenge of “two-way extrusion” in developed countries and some developing countries.Therefore,this paper is committed to exploring the efficiency and influencing factors of technological innovation in China’s equipment manufacturing industry.It is hoped that feasible strategies can be provided for influencing factors and for improvement of the efficiency of technological innovation,thus promoting equipment manufacturing technology innovation development.Equipment manufacturing industry is the research object and research on technological innovation is the theoretical support of this paper.This paper analyzes the technological innovation efficiency and influencing factors of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.First of all,the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of China’s equipment manufacturing industry is constructed.Static and dynamic measurement analysis of the technological innovation efficiency of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from 2011 to 2017 by DEA-Malmquist index method.Secondly,it established the index system of factors affecting the technological innovation efficiency of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the original data in the influencing factor index system from 2011 to 2016,the influencing factors of the technological innovation efficiency of China’s equipment manufacturing industry were explored by factor analysis method using SPSS 24.0 software.Finally,based on the results of efficiency measurement and the analysis of influencing factors,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures.It is hoped that this research can provide scientific basis for improving the efficiency of technological innovation to accelerate the development of equipment manufacturing industry. |
