Research On Rural Planning Strategy Based On Five-State Integration

Rural Revitalization Strategy,as the general grasp of China’s "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" work in the new period,constructs a complete functional system,puts forward higher requirements for the all-round rejuvenation of rural economic,ecological,cultural and social functions,and pays more attention to the comprehensive development and progress of rural areas.Under the background of this strategy,the countryside has ushered in new development opportunities,and the rural planning,as the guidance of rural construction and development,is also facing new challenges.Starting from the five general requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this thesis refines the concept of rural "five states",tries to explore the connotation of the concept,clarify their respective positioning and mutual relationship,and constructs the planning strategy system with the paradigm of rural "five states integration",so as to provide effective paths and methods for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.In order to achieve this goal,this thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction of the research.This thesis expounds the research background and significance,defines the research methods and technical paths,and explains the related concepts.Then it puts forward the basic theory to support the research,reviews the research results of rural construction athome and abroad through literature review,summarizes the experience of rural construction at home and abroad,finds the existing problems based on the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the actual situation of China’s rural areas,and makes clear the research direction,content and focus of the thesis.The second part is theoretical research.This paper discusses the close coupling relationship between the rural "five forms" and the five requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Through the analysis of the concept,connotation and status,it clarifies the interactive relationship between the rural "five forms".Then,according to the transformation needs of rural planning,it establishes the paradigm of rural "five forms integration",that is,strong village in business form,beautiful village in form,living village in culture form,excellent village in ecology and prospering village in social form This paper studies the rural "five state" development strategy and constructs the "five state integration" planning strategy system.The third part is empirical research.Finally,the thesis puts forward the strategy of "village development with five characteristics" based on the analysis of "village development with five characteristics".In a word,in response to the transformation challenges of rural planning under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,"five state integration" isan innovative planning strategy system to promote the comprehensive development of rural areas from the multi-dimensional perspectives of industrial economy,social culture and spatial environment,which provides a new perspective and method for Rural Revitalization.
