| In recent years,more and more consumers prefer to choose differentiated high-quality products.In order to meet the needs of consumers,enterprises must improve the existing mass production mode,to guarantee the high quality of products,to speed up the launch of new products and realize flexible production as far as possible.If an enterprise wants to win in the future market competition,it must maintain its competitive advantage.In order to obtain the competitive advantage,it needs to have the core elements to maintain its competitiveness.The continuous introduction of competitive products is the competitiveness performance of the enterprise.An enterprise attracts consumers with higher quality and better performance products in a shorter time and at a lower cost,the enterprise will win the competition in the future.In the past decades of rapid development,Chinese enterprises have gradually realized the importance of high-quality products and new product development.To attract consumers,many enterprises are trying to shorten the interval of new products.According to statistics,in the past 50 years,the average product life cycle has been shortened to 1 / 4 of the previous.Many enterprises in our country are also trying to shorten the period of new product introduction,so as to shorten the interval of accelerating new products to enter the market,so as to seize a larger market share.K Company,a private enterprise which integrating R & D and manufacturing,tries to establish a control method for quickly launching high-quality new products.However,after many attempts to shorten the new product introduction cycle,there are many quality problems in the process of new product introduction.Such as new product design does not meet customer needs,reliability testing problems,problems occur repeatedly and other quality problems.The frequent quality problems in the process of new product introduction restrict the operation of the project.It seems that "shorten the new product introduction cycle" and "product quality improvement" are two different ways that impossible to gain during NPI.In this paper,after investigation,the new product introduction process of K Company is sorted out,and the quality problems existing in the process of new product introduction are deeply analyzed.Through the use of relevant theoretical knowledge of quality management and new product introduction quality planning,the improvement measures in line with the actual situation of K Company are formulated.After the implementation of the systematic improvement scheme,K company not only improves many problems in the process of new product introduction,but also effectively shortens the cycle of new product introduction.The research of this paper has basically achieved the goal of K company’s improvement,and also obtained some valuable research results.It is hoped that the research methods and ideas adopted in this paper can be used for reference by other enterprises with similar problems. |
