In recent years,with the increasing competition in the automobile market,the OEM have higher and higher requirements on product development time and quality.Based on product development quality management Process in B company Turbo system,research the whole process of product development,from product design,design verification,process development,process validation,mass production and in different phase how to effectively use quality tools to identify the risk and control risk,ensure the product quality keep in good status.For the research methods,case study method and the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative are mainly adopted.According to the theory and method of quality management,the improvement plan is proposed,and the Verify the improvement plan in G15 T Product.The improvement plan are mainly focuses on the weak area of current process which caused more quality problems,detailed content as below.In supplier quality management side,it is proposed to establish the Supplier APQP process and quality gate audit process in supplier product development process to strengthen the monitoring of supplier development process,it will be found find risks and take actions in time.In Process quality control side,strengthening preventive quality control can effectively reduce customer complaints.In the process design and verification phase,need to improve the competence of PFMEA and control plan quality tools.PFMEA analysis should be deep dived.The control plan should also be combined with the output of flow chart and PFMEA,and hierarchical control should be carried out for special characteristics and general characteristics to ensure the stability of quality.In product development quality management process side,optimize the Quality Gate Audit process which was verified in the G15 T product development.In the QG audit process,we Identify key tasks and make a list,key tasks should be review strictly.Design freezing as the weak point in PDP Process,the internal design freezing review process is established to strengthen the review before customer Design Freeze.In the quality problem solving side,it is suggested that 8D problem solving tool can be used to make the solution of problems more in-depth.In the analysis of root causes,fishbone diagram and 5WHY tools can be used to dig out the root causes,and then take actions to do corrective and preventive improvement.For 8D Close review,monitoring and audit should be strengthened to ensure the effective and timely close.Through the analysis and improvement of the turbo product development process,further enhanced the quality consciousness of the product development team,at the same time from strength the quality tools knowledge,the quality management level was improved,it will help to reduce the quality risk in the new product development process,and then improve the customer satisfaction at the same time.
