| Lean Thinking,as an advanced management methods,is on the basis of eliminating the waste and making the continuous improvement to achieve perfection in the production process.It is firstly applied in the automotive industry and now in various manufacturing companies around the world.The research background of this thesis is JV Company,an automotive components manufacturer located in Wuhan.Through adopting Lean Thinking in the new product introduction into production stage,solved the production problems and provided quality assurance during production stages.This thesis is mainly based on JV production process during new product introduction into production stage.Through the analysis of the production,find out its existing problems,combined with the core of Lean Thinking and proposed improvements.Firstly,this thesis studies domestic and international literature review on Lean Thinking and new product introduction into production theory.Secondly,introduces JV Company current new product introduction into production status,showing that JV Company have problems such as poor process design,bad production line layout and no effective quality management,etc.Then through using the Lean Thinking methods in the production,like improving the on-site 5S,optimize the production line layout and product processing,upgrading the quality management,strengthening the employees training,encouraging and the active participation of employees,greatly improved the company’s production efficiency and productivity.Finally,analyze the economic benefits by the implementation of these improvements.Meanwhile,the implementation of Lean Thinking has also enabled JV to form a good Lean corporate culture,cultivated good spirit of employees on continuously improving and reducing waste,which is also a way of greatly increasing the company’s market competitiveness... |
