Company B is a world-renowned manufacturer of mid-to high-end white goods.The products sold in mainland China mainly cover small appliances such as refrigerators,washing machines,range hoods,gas stoves,induction cookers,ovens,coffee machines,dishwashers,and vacuum cleaners.In order to facilitate the implementation of unified management,with reference to the European organizational structure,China is divided into refrigeration,washing,kitchen appliances,dishwashers and small appliances by product line.There are five business divisions,including the project department of the kitchen appliance division.The project department of the rest of the business division belongs to the product department.In order to meet the needs of consumers more deeply,the company’s annual innovations in various categories and plans to list new products totaling hundreds of models.Before each new model is launched,it needs to cooperate with up to ten departments in the three sides of the strait to ensure normal listing.Under the same process system,the organizational structure is different,there are such a variety of new products,the company’s resources are relatively limited,but also requires that each new product must be listed as scheduled.This will inevitably lead to some problems in the process,so it seems that the improvement and optimization of the new product introduction process of Company B is particularly important.Author takes China’s household appliance market and company B as the background framework,takes the new product market import process of company B as the research object of a project.The new product introduction process is a very important part of the new product development process before it goes on the market.It is closely related to the previous new product development process.As part of the process system,it also involves the new product listing management process and the new product development process.Based on its characteristics,it selects different process analysis methods to conduct systematic process analysis,so as to discover the process tasks that are in conflict with the company’s strategy.This paper takes China’s home appliance market and B company as the background framework,and takes B company’s new product market introduction process as the research object of a project.The new product introduction process is a very important part of the new product development process before it goes on the market.It is closely related to the previous new product development process.As part of the process system,it also involves the newproduct listing management process and the new product development process.Then choose different analytical methods according to their characteristics,and systematically analyze to find out where the company’s strategy conflicts.Therefore,the critical path method is used to sort out the key paths of the new product listing management process,the new product listing process and the new product introduction process.Through the analysis of the departments and problems involved in the tasks on the critical path,combined with the characteristics of different categories,the bottlenecks affecting the process are found.This paper mainly proposes an operational strategy for several key issues in the new product launch process,mainly to propose an improvement strategy for the management of CCC and energy efficiency parameters in new product information;appearance and installation dimensions and tasks in the product map The management of the process proposes an improvement strategy;an improvement strategy is proposed for the production and data management of dealer marketing materials;an improvement strategy is proposed for the planning and training methods in sales training;and the management of types and algorithms in system data transmission is provided.Improved strategy.Through the process of product information management,communication efficiency and system data transmission,an operational improvement strategy is proposed to make the process more refined,improve the company’s operational efficiency,and reduce the cost of related processes.The process optimization method mentioned in the paper has certain representativeness and can be flexibly applied to other sub-processes,so that the optimized and improved new product introduction process can better serve the company’s market strategy.
