| In 2020,China’s industrial added value has reached 31 trillion yuan,and China’s manufacturing industry has become the world’s largest manufacturing country for 11 consecutive years with the advantages of resources and sufficient human resources.However,with the implementation of family planning and other reasons,China’s manufacturing industry has seen the rise of labor prices,the decline of market consumption power and profits.In particular,in 2020,New Coronavirus gave a heavy blow to the survival of traditional manufacturing enterprises.Some private small and medium-sized enterprises were trying to survive in the cracks.In order to deal with these challenges,we had to take the way of reducing salaries or employee benefits or expanding the scale of production to improve the marginal efficiency of enterprises.But in recent years,many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises were affected by the economic situation.The traditional manufacturing enterprises in our country have to start the transformation.In the process of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the most essential is people,and the management personnel,technical personnel and sales personnel are particularly important to the enterprise,especially from the manufacturing type to the high-tech type.The key positions of employees can often affect the success or failure of enterprise transformation,so the loss of key positions of employees will cause serious losses to the enterprise.Therefore,the research on the reasons for the loss of key position employees and the Countermeasures for their retention has become an important issue to be considered and studied during the transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.By using the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the reasons of employee turnover in key positions of company D from personal factors,organizational factors and social factors.By using Maslow’s demand theory,two factor theory and enterprise’s organizational life theory,it is found that the root causes of employee turnover in key positions are mainly due to the low salary level and low training cost Therefore,through the establishment of a sound salary system,improve the training system,improve the post promotion mechanism,strengthen the recruitment management,strengthen the reduction of corporate culture and other aspects of optimization and promotion,so as to reduce the turnover rate of key positions in D company. |
