Employee turnover has long been a major research issue for managers and academics.This is mainly because the increase in employee turnover will not only cause economic losses to the enterprise,but also lead to a decline in its productivity and low morale.Moreover,for the development of enterprises,the frequent flow of employees will undoubtedly become a factor of instability in enterprises.As the financial controlling employees of the company’s management team,their quit and job hopping will bring certain losses and risks to the financial control of the plant and even the entire business unit.The theoretical significance of studying the turnover of enterprise financial employees lies in: through the research and analysis of various data and information of the current situation of enterprise and financial employees,we can get the characteristics of financial employees’ turnover,find out the key points of financial employees’ turnover improvement,analyze the main causes for turnover,and put forward improvement plans.This paper tests the theory of Price-Mueller(2000)that the work pressure,salary,and autonomy of organizational factors are the factors affecting the resignation intention of some organizational employees,and Demerouti et al.(2001)that providing more work resources in the theory of Job Demand-Resource Model can compensate for the impact of excessive job demands on job burnout.Based on the study of turnover theory and the current situation of turnover of financial controlling employees in the Fujia Group Seat Division in China,this paper designs an interview outline and implements the investigation based on the theoretical research results and the classical resignation model,and makes a comparative analysis of the important influencing factors affecting their resignation decision and the internal factors of the organization,So as to further focus the key causes of resignation of financial controlling employees in Fujia Group Seat Division in China on four aspects: high work pressure,imperfect key process of recruitment,low salary and overlapping company reporting line.Finally,aiming at the four key causes,four improvement schemes are proposed,including relaxing the headcount budget,improving the key process of recruitment / organizing accurate skill training,improving the salary level and streamlining the company’s reporting line,supplemented by flexible measures such as building a positive / humanized corporate culture,optimizing career planning,improving the salary system and training system,in order to reduce the loss of financial controlling employees for Fujia Group Seat Division in China,control their turnover rate within an appropriate range to provide reference.
