With the significant improvement of living standards,the people increasingly yearn for a better life.The concept of "well-being" is becoming more and more widely concerned,has gradually become one of the important indicator to measure the comprehensive development level of an organization or even a region.Modern enterprises pay attention to"people-oriented",and pay more attention and focus on improving well-being in career growth and development for staff,occupational well-being is not only an soft target to measure the overall occupational situation of staff,also is the comprehensive embodiment in its management concept and human resources efficiency of the organization.In recent years,with the acceleration of energy transformation and system reform,electric power supply companies are facing increasingly fierce market competition,especially talent competition.For staff in electric power supply companies,especially young grassroots staff,they have to face the impact of state-owned enterprise reform directly at the beginning of entry,and internal salary&grade reform,grass-roots hard working environment and other factors bring pressure,more easily triggered negative thoughts and emotions,it will affect the overall career development,even the local economic development and energy demand for people’s living.In view of this,it is necessary to study the occupational well-being of young grassroots staff in electric power supply companies.At present,the research on occupational well-being has not achieved full coverage of various industries,current situation investigation and structural dimension are the majority,There are few empirical studies on the factors affecting the occupational well-being of young grassroots staff in electric power supply companies.Therefore,in the present study,from the affecting factors of occupational well-being to start,chose the young grassroots staff in TC electric power supply company as the research object,analyzes the affecting factors of occupational well-being of young grassroots staff by using the questionnaire method,and puts forward relevant suggestions combined with actual.Descriptive analysis shows that the overall occupational well-being of the young grassroots staff in TC electric power supply company is at a low level,the positive and negative emotional feelings are at a medium level.Among the affecting factors,the occupational factor get the highest score,and the individual perception score is lowest.Difference analysis shows that most demographic characteristics and occupational characteristics have no effect on occupational well-being.Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that there are linear correlation between each independent variable and the dependent variable.Different factors had significant effects on the overall situation of occupational well-being,and had different effects on positive and negative emotions.Through the study we found:the occupational well-being of young grassroots staff in electric power supply company are different in such variables as educational background and workplace.However,gender,age,working years,political status and profession,have no remarkable effect.The various dimensions of organizational context are significantly correlated with positive&negative emotions of occupational well-being,there is no significant correlation between characteristics of the post and negative emotions of occupational well-being,the dimensions of individual perception and occupational factors are both related to the negative emotions of occupational well-being to varying degrees.The study can provide reference and help for promoting the high-quality development of TC electric power supply company and optimizing the human resource management of young grassroots staff in state-owned enterprises,has certain research significance.
