In these years,with the continuous development of China’s construction industry,China’s construction industry is facing an increasingly complex competitive market environment,the impact of the domestic and international environment on the construction industry is also becoming more and more obvious,especially from the internal competitive pressure of the industry also makes the development of enterprises within the construction industry and the staff more closely linked.To better improve their overall strength and industry competitiveness,in addition to the external level of operation and business ability to improve,but also from the internal management.In the performance appraisal of the enterprise,the performance evaluation of the employees is one of the core elements,and it is also an important factor that affects the internal management level of the enterprise.Combined with the development of today’s construction industry,the performance appraisal of employees in the company is also one of the important goals to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes China Construction Company A as the object,according to the research idea of "problem identification--problem analysis--problem solving",and makes comprehensive use of theories related to performance appraisal to improve the performance appraisal of its grassroots employees.Firstly,this paper reviews literature and theories,and gives A detailed overview of domestic and foreign literature and relevant theories on the performance appraisal of grassroots employees.Secondly,through the interview of China Construction A Company and the design of a questionnaire,it analyzes the basic situation of the performance appraisal of grassroots employees of China Construction A Company at the present stage through quantitative research method.As A domestic construction enterprise,China Construction A Company has been constantly exploring and improving the performan ce appraisal process of grassroots employees in recent years.This paper takes the current situation of staff performance appraisal in recent years as an example to clarify some problems existing in the performance appraisal of grassroots employees of the company.Including unreasonable evaluation index design,unclear evaluation standards,non-standard assessment process,unclear file level positioning and insufficient attention to performance appraisal,etc.By analyzing the causes of the existing problems,the overall idea of improving the performance appraisal of the grass-roots staff of China Construction A Company was sorted out,and the relevant performance appraisal improvement plan was proposed.Finally,in order to carry out the performance appraisal work smoothly,further improve the performance appraisal scheme of China Construction A Company,improve the human resource management level of China Construction A Company,and provide safeguard measures for China Construction A Company to enhance its competitiveness in the fierce competition market.Through the analysis of this paper,China Construction Company A can adopt the clarification of the appraisal responsibilities of each manager in the company,the determination of the appraisal indexes and their weights,and the improvement and enhancement of the performance appraisal content as the grasp to promote the continuous progress of the performance management-centered enterprise human management capability and improve its market competitiveness.
