| The development of electric power drives economic development.The electric power industry,which acts as the foundation of national economic development,exerts a great influence on social development.Greater demands were being placed on the power industry with the rapid economical development.To fulfill the long-cherished wishes of creating world-class power grid operators,J power supply company,an indispensable member of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,has introduced a new performance evaluation system.However,after the implementation of the new performance evaluation system,employees complained and resisted.The performance appraisal,which was only a formality,not only failed to show the actual work situation of the employees in an accurate way,but also to play the role of rewarding the good and punishing the poor.Therefore,the employee performance evaluation needs to be improved with a renewed sense of urgency.In this paper,J power supply company employees excluded performance appraisal and complaints performance appraisal,and other issues were systematically studied,put forward J Power Supply Company staff performance appraisal optimization program on the basis of the literature research as well as the questionnaire method.Studies have revealed that currently some existing problems in J power supply company’s staff performance appraisal system can be noticed.For instance,the purpose of performance appraisal remains unclear,the post-performance appraisal index and standard remains unreasonable,the fulfillment of performance appraisal is short of communication,and the application of performance appraisal results is too limited.In consideration of these problems,this paper proposes the solutions of optimization of employee performance appraisal indicators,improving performance assessment feedback processing,and improving assessment result processing.Finally,some measures are proposed to optimize the implementation of the scheme,establish a sound institutional guarantee,improve staff participation,establish an employee complaint system,support the advanced information system,and cultivate the enterprise performance culture.It is expected to help J power supply company solve the internal performance appraisal problem,fully enhance the morale of employees,stabilize the talent team,provide talent reserve for the company’s development,and then fulfill the company’s strategic targets. |
