According to the data,affected by the COVID-19 epidemic situation,the scale of domestic and overseas washing machine market decline sharply in 2020.According to the prediction of professional institutions,the increment of washing machine market demand in the future will continue to slow down,and the consumption formats and modes will continue to innovate and upgrade.How to improve product quality and win better reputation from users to seize more market share has become a practical problem for household appliance enterprises.H company has always attached great importance to product quality problems.Although the losses caused by quality problems have decreased year after year,the amount of losses is still large.It is necessary to continuously strengthen quality management to improve product quality.Through the research on the current situation of project quality management in H company,this paper finds that the existing project quality management mainly focuses on quality plan making and quality control,and lacks the analysis and improvement of project quality risk.In this paper,the project of a washing machine exported to Southeast Asia of H company is selected.Combined with the existing new product development process,project quality management and the current situation of products exported to Southeast Asia,the checklist method is used to preliminarily identify the project quality risk.The brainstorming method and Delphi method are used to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the project quality risk.Finally,20 project quality risks are identified.Then,the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the quality risk evaluation index system,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the quality risk factors is carried out.Finally,the main risk factors affecting the project quality are obtained,including six aspects:product use environment,user habits,parts material selection,material inspection,staff quality awareness and quality assurance system construction.According to the qualitative and quantitative risk identification,combined with the domestic washing machine project development experience,this paper puts forward the measures to deal with the quality risk of model a washing machine project exported to Southeast Asia,and forms a whole set of project quality risk management process,which can be used in other product development process of the company in the future to improve the overall product quality of the company,win the reputation of users,and ensure a favorable position in the fierce market competition.
