Effectively strengthen the risk and difficulty of the railway engineering construction project management, improve the level of risk management techniques and the quality and safety of project, ensure the railway engineering project quality is reliable, to ensure the safety of railway transport industry organization is the key of the railway infrastructure construction needs to solve.As the railway information system gradually improve, real-name recount in ensuring safety of railway transportation plays a more and more important role. The real-name recount pavilion facilities as part of the railway infrastructure, its engineering quality and safety risk management also has become an important field to strengthen the construction of the railway foundation design. In recent years, Beijing station real-name check-in kiosk project had been completed smoothly, to ensure that the Spring Festival the real-name recount work smoothly. In Beijing station real-name ticket booth engineering project construction process, through the standardization of quality management, fine management, successful performance management, risk prevention and control in the engineering quality and safety has achieved good management effect.Project risk management based on the detailed analysis on the application background and significance of railway development, on the basis of the theory and method of project risk management aspects of the comprehensive and detailed analysis, and put forward the model based on PDCA cycle of project quality risk management system. To Beijing station real-name ticket booth project as a case, from the engineering quality and safety risk identification, risk assessment, risk response to three aspects are analyzed in detail, and to recount the height of the kiosk check-in desk and quarantined area lighting, for example, a detailed study and verify the PDCA model in check-in kiosks practical applications in engineering quality and safety risk management, this paper expounds the project quality and safety management of railway engineering of a set of effective ways and means.
