| It was the rapid cconomic development and the sustainable columns of the government that make competition in the engineering construction industry become more and more fierce.People proposed the demands for the quality of engineering projects.When the related people can not undertake the quality of engineering projects,numerous irreparable losses will be brought to the corporations,It is self-evident that the particular influences will be imposed on the people’s lives,which would endanger their lives.As the considerable part of the engineering projects to guarantee the quality,the level of the mabangement of quality risk directly influences the delivery quality of the project entity.It goes without saying that it is considerable to enhance the capability of the management of the construction quality risk.The main target of G project in the university of S was not only to assure the living safety of staff and learners,but also correlated with the fluency development of the school’s teaching tasks,its construction scale nd quality requirements are relatively high.Therefore,to effectively control the highly complex construction quality risk of G project in the university of S and assure that the quality of G project’s entity quality meets the requirements of staff and learners is the problem that needs to be solved in G project construction.This paper takes G Project of university of S as the research object,and studies the identification,evaluation,response and monitoring of construction quality risk factors of G project.First of all,this paper summanzes the scope and research status of construction quality risk management of engineering projects,and refines the defects of the existing rcsearchs on construction quality risk management.Secondly by utilize the on-site investigations and the method of questionnaire survey,this paper anatornies the operational status and existing puzzles of construction quality risk management of G Project in university of S,involving the incomplete identification of quality risk elements,unscientific detailsd rules and methods of quuality risk assessment,and quality risk control measures with insufficient pertinence.Then,Aiming at the practical difficulty of incomplete identification of construction quality risk factors of Project G,combined with literature analysis and expert interviews,the exploratory factor analysis method was used to discover 13 risk indicators affecting construction quality,and set value statistics and principal component analysis were used.The combined method determines the comprehensive weight of the risk factors of the construction quality of the G project.For the problem of unscientific detailed rules and methods of quality risk assessment,the four-dimensional attributes related to risk are introduced,G project construction quality risk four-dimensional attribute evaluation index system was constructed is based on the attributes of likelihood,severity,immeasurability and uncontrollable;The improved matter-element extension method is used to evaluate the construction quality risk level of G project.For the lack of pertinence of quality risk control measures,combined with the identified construction quality risk factors and risk grade evaluation results of G project,the corresponding risk response measures and monitoring process are put forward. |
