| The project itself has the characteristics of long cycle,large scale and complicated process,and its risk occurrence probability is high.Once there is no reasonable risk control method,the personal safety of relevant personnel and the loss of state property will be very serious.Therefore,risk control is very urgent in engineering projects.In recent years,college students’ self-employment has been actively encouraged and strongly supported by the state and local governments at all levels,which has become an important way to solve the employment problem and a new way to change the mode of economic growth.The construction of college students’ entrepreneurship incubation base project is becoming more and more important.The main research steps of this paper are as follows: Firstly,identify the risks of X higher vocational college business incubation building project,and put forward the risks of X higher vocational college business incubation building project;Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper evaluates the risk of X higher vocational college business incubation building project,and concludes that the overall risk of X higher vocational college business incubation building project is not big,and points out that the main risks of the project lie in macro-environmental risk,project duration risk and project financial risk.Finally,on the basis of risk identification and risk assessment,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures to control the risk of the construction project of the business incubator building in X Vocational College,in order to effectively control the main risks affecting the project.In this paper,the risk management of the business incubator building project in X higher vocational colleges is studied,which provides a great reference for how to effectively control the risk of the business incubator building project in higher vocational colleges and minimize the loss of the project. |
