DY group is a foreign-funded enterprise with a hundred years of business history,with the world’s leading metal deformation and coating technology as its core business,with products in 40 industries and 120 countries and regions.DS company,founded in 2004,is the largest wholly-owned subsidiary of DY group in China.It is mainly engaged in R&D and production of automotive tire framework support materials.With the world’s leading technology and R&D capabilities,DS company quickly occupied the Shandong market and became the preferred raw material supplier for customers.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic and technological,China’s private enterprises gradually join the technology intensive industries monopolized by foreign enterprises.The increasingly fierce price competition is squeezing the company’s profit space,coupled with the rising prices of raw materials and labor,cost control has gradually become the core issue of the company’s management daily discussion.For the equipment management,this paper makes an intensive study on the total effective efficiency of production.By reducing the time lost in equipment maintenance.improve equipment efficiency,expand the equipment capacity of bottleneck process,and then dilute the cost and increase profits.Through the research and study of lean production theory,total production maintenance theory,theory of constraints and single minute exchange of dies theory,this paper combs a set of methods to study the total effective efficiency of production.Firstly,through the application of’constraint theory,the bottleneck process in the production process of steel cord in DS company is identified.Combined with the definition of internal and external setup time in SMED theory,the maintenance process of breakdown maintenance,process maintenance and preventive maintenance are analyzed structurally.Then,the problems are tracked,analyzed and solved in the form of field research,interviews and seminars.Finally,through the application of "5W1H" analysis method and ECRS" principle in the SMED theory,all the equipment maintenance lost time is optimized.Through the research and writing process of this paper,the equipment maintenance loss time of DS company has been greatly reduced,and the total effective efficiency of production has also been improved.The conclusions also provide theoretical and practical reference for capacity analysis and equipment efficiency improvement of other steel cord factories in Dy group. |
