| With the faster and faster upgrading of enterprise products,the higher and higher personalized requirements of customers,and the intensifying market competition,in order to meet the needs of customers for multi variety,variable batch,small batch,intelligence and customization,H China company also has the transformation from inventory production to make to order(MTO);Especially under the situation that the global COVID-19 broke out at the beginning of 2020 and continues to this day,the uncertainty risk in the global and domestic markets has increased,and the market competition has further intensified.The current production scheduling method of manual experience scheduling of H China company has been unable to adapt.Since most of the production activities of manufacturing and processing enterprises are reflected at the workshop level,Therefore,this thesis will take the production scheduling of gas valve production and processing workshop of H China company as the research objective,and focus on improving the related work of workshop production scheduling by applying the advantages of constraint theory.Firstly,the current production planning process and scheduling methods of H China company are described and analyzed.It is pointed out that there are many products in process,prominent delivery delay,increase of defective products,high processing cost and lack of scientificity in planning.And a series of problems;It also combs and analyzes the relevant reasons,the randomness of workshop scheduling arrangement,the lack of scientific basis and irrationality of workshop scheduling planning,and so on;Then analyze the actual production operation management of the gas valve processing workshop,explore its causes,research and application,buffer setting,bottleneck detection and identification,critical chain method,resource conflict resolution and other relevant theoretical methods,sort out and refine the gas valve production workshop,and conduct in-depth discussion.Finally,according to the characteristics of multi-objective,multi-task,multi-constraints and multi-process flow of the gas valve workshop of H China company,the production scheduling attempt is quantitatively analyzed.Aiming at minimizing the maximum completion time and the production and processing cost,the scheduling model of the gas valve workshop of H China company based on the constraint theory is constructed,and the combination of genetic algorithm(GA)and simulated annealing algorithm is designed to improve the quality of the initial solution,At the same time,the optimal combination of crossover rate and mutation rate avoids premature and premature falling into local convergence.At the same time,the results are compared to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method and improve the scheduling management level of enterprise workshop.At the same time,in order to make sure the effective implementation of the scheme,this study discusses the current situation of workshop operation plan of gas valve production,and gives improvement suggestions and corresponding guarantee measures,which makes this thesis have good robustness in solving the same type of workshop operation scheduling problem,improves the effectiveness of workshop operation plan implementation,the rationality of scheduling,and improves the level of enterprise production management,which is of practical significance for actual workshop production. |
