| For manufacturing enterprises,the production logistics is generated along with the production and manufacturing process of products,that is,the production and manufacturing process of products is essentially a logistics process,which can be reflected in the whole process of raw material input,processing,production,finished product warehousing and delivery.Enterprise production logistics mainly includes factory layout,process flow,production plan and work in process control,loading and unloading,etc.,which can improve the production capacity of the enterprise through scientific and effective improvement and control of the production process of the enterprise.Company C in this paper is a power equipment manufacturing enterprise specializing in the design,manufacturing and sales services of various transformers.With the continuous emergence of new technologies and new materials,as well as the challenges brought by the change of market situation,the company urgently needs to optimize and transform all aspects of its production process to help the enterprise out of difficulties.This paper takes company C as the research object,uses constraint theory to study the factors affecting the parts entering the production line in the process of transformer production,entering each production link in the state of work in progress,warehousing the final finished products,logistics and transportation efficiency between each link,workshop layout,etc.,so as to analyze the bottleneck process,nonstandard operation and parts of the production line The problems such as the unreasonable logistics,the unreasonable matching between the load of transportation tools and the capacity of buffer area are improved and optimized.This paper not only points out the bottleneck of the company's production line,but also puts forward the optimization measures,which can be used to further guide other enterprises of the same type to optimize and improve the production line. |
