| In recent years,the development of China’s railway system has entered a fast lane.The astonishing speed of construction of China’s highspeed railway has delighted the Chinese people and attracted worldwide attention.As an important pillar industry of the railway,the EMU maintenance is related to the safety of thousands of passengers.In addition,the technical innovation of the EMU is fast,the types are constantly increasing,the maintenance work time is continuously compressed,Labor costs are also rising.Market demand and enterprise development have also put forward higher requirements for the production management model.Motor vehicle maintenance companies urgently need an advanced production management concept to adapt to today’s fierce market environment and national policies,breaking through the current development dilemma.Based on the S department of Shanghai Railway Administration,this paper analyzes the status of maintenance and maintenance of EMUs in S department,and focuses on the implementation of Lean Production Management in.The problems encountered in the process.Combined with the actual situation of the maintenance work of the motor train,the lean production plan for the maintenance of the S department is proposed,which shortens the maintenance cycle,improves the quality of the fourth overhaul and reduces the overhaul cost.Forecast the progress of lean production in the EMU,analyze and solve some problems in the implementation process.The main research contents are as follows:First,review the development history of lean production,introduce the characteristics and system structure of lean production,analyze the tools used in lean production,and find lean production tools suitable for maintenance work of motor vehicles.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of maintenance and maintenance of the EMUs S department,the concept of lean production is used to analyze the existing problems from the aspects of production mode,site management,product quality and logistics management,and the necessity of implementing lean production is proposed.Urgency.Third,the use of lean management ideas,propose changes in production methods,and comprehensively implement lean production.Fourth,summarize the implementation of lean production in the EMU,predict the effect of lean production,and analyze some problems in the implementation process. |
