Rizhao Port Second Port Branch is a subsidiary of Rizhao Port Group.It is mainly engaged in iron ore loading and unloading business.In recent years,it has faced the challenge of increasing homogenization competition in neighboring ports.The growth momentum and throughput of enterprises are also growing.Sustained easing,so how to motivate employee officers to start a business and improve the competitiveness of enterprises becomes crucial.This paper takes Rizhao Port Second Port Branch as the research object,analyzes the shortcomings of the company’s current performance appraisal through performance appraisal theory,analyzes and solves one by one,and establishes corresponding port loading and unloading performance appraisal mechanism in a targeted manner for the same industry.Relevant performance appraisal provides reference.The main contents of this paper are as follo ws:Firstly.on the basis of systematic analysis of the relevant theories of performance appraisaL the status quo of performance appraisal of Rizhao Port Second Port Branch is investigated through on-site interviews,and the status quo of performance appraisal of Rizhao Port Second Port Branch is clarified.Secondly,through the analysis of the problems in the performance setting,system and implementation process of the company’s performance appraisal,the company’s performance appraisal system is selected according to the actual situation of the company.that is,the Rizhao Port Second Port Branch should choose The key performance indicator method is used as a performance appraisal method.Finally.based on the company’s strategic orientation,a two-level KPI assessment system for each department and department staff was established,and the company’s performance appraisal system was re-established and implemented.Main conclusions:First,in the context of increasing port competition,the traditional performance appraisal model has not adapted to the current port loading and unloading enterprises,and must adjust the existing performance appraisal system Second,the enterprise performance appraisal system should The company’s strategy is oriented to include the PDCA cycle steps of "performance planning,performance implementation,performance appraisal,and performance feedback".Third,it is aimed at companies with clear corporate strategic planning and clear job descriptions such as Rizhao Port Second Port Branch.It is suitable to use the KPI performance evaluation method to build a new performance appraisal system.
