The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that "to build a modern economic system,we must focus on the real economy and accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industry".This has brought a good policy environment for the development of the automobile industry;at the same time.But at the same time,we should also see that:after years of development,China’s automobile industry has entered the mature period from the growth period,and the growth rate of automobile sales has gradually slowed down;domestic automobile brands and foreign well-known automobile brands are not dominant in the competition,which intensifies the competition degree of the industry.In the face of fierce and complex competition situation,any automobile manufacturer must pay attention to its own financial capacity management and control if it wants to be in an invincible position in the competition.Taking CR company as an example,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the company’s development,explores the current situation of financial capacity and core competitiveness at home and abroad,and analyzes the relationship between the current core competitiveness and financial capacity.Secondly,based on the related theory of financial capacity management and control,this paper explores the development process and business scope of CR company,analyzes the current financial situation of CR company from four perspectives of solvency,operation ability,profitability and development ability,and uses AHP to build a set of indicators to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of CR company’s financial capacity,so as to draw a conclusion CR company in recent years in the solvency,operating capacity,profitability and development capacity of the short board,while mining the internal and external causes behind these short board.Thirdly,in view of each short board,the paper puts forward financial capacity control measures from the above four perspectives,including improving the asset quality of enterprises,reasonably borrowing and optimizing the capital structure of enterprises,reasonably making repayment plans,in creasing the expansion of overseas markets,strengthening the competitive advantage of MPV core business,etc.Through the definition of the core competitiveness and financial capacity of the enterprise,find out the internal relationship between the two,analyze the current financial situation of CR from the four perspectives of solvency,operation ability,profitability and development ability,build the AHP financial evaluation system,and combine the five-year financial data to more comprehensively reflect CR The trend of financial capacity of Rui company is to find the internal relationship of index data,comprehensively analyze financial capacity and propose more effective control measures.In this paper,through the research on the management and control of CR Automobile Co.,Ltd.’s financial capacity,starting from the evaluation of financial capacity,combining with the actual situation of the market,sales index,output index,etc.,we find out the problems and shortcomings of CR Automobile’s financial capacity in all aspects,further analyze the reasons for the decline of the company’s financial capacity,and discuss the relevant finance in detail according to the actual situation of the market Management and control plan for capability improvement.It is of practical significance for CR Automobile to provide effective help in the competition of domestic automobile enterprises and even the world automobile enterprises in the future.
