Reserarch On Financial Competitiveness Of Company D Based On Eva Perspective

In recent years,the government advocates economic structure optimization.As a state-owned enterprise,company D,also following the development situation,advocates to improve enterprise competitiveness.In recent years the competitiveness of the company D has lost its dominant market position,because of the fierce market competition.As an important part of enterprise competitiveness,financial competitiveness is derived from financial functions,and financial competitiveness is one of the ways to enhance the competitiveness.At present,company D is looking for effective ways to restore the industry status and enhance financial competitiveness.First of all,based on the reviewing the past researches in related to the enterprise value management and financial competitiveness research,the author found that there is strong correlation between enterprise value management and financial competitiveness,but there is less scholar combine them before.Secondly,the paper analyzes the operating status and historical failure experience of company D and concludes the problems of financial strategic contradiction and weak value growth.Then,it uses the thinking of value management system to solve the financial competitiveness problems existing in company.After analyzing the elements of the enterprise financial strategy,financial resources and financial ability,author put forward the details which can be improvement direction,and the relevant methods are found to resolve the problems.Finally,the financial competitiveness of company D has been set up with 4M guarantee measures,which effectively improved the financial competitiveness.The article uses literature research method,case study method,comparative analysis method and so on.At present,most scholars in China prefer to use statistical methods to select the key indicators of financial competitiveness after selecting evaluation indicators and then evaluate the company and solve the problems.Although these methods are valid,there is a lack of evaluation that can really give guidance to business management.In recent years,state issued provision called Head Of The Central Enterprise Operating Performance Evaluation Method and two supplementary provisions.The two provisions are called Head Of The Central Enterprises Annual Business Performance Evaluation On Enterprise Management,which has very good guidance function.Under the guidance of its concept,the enterprise's current situation is evaluated,and the deficiency of the financial competitiveness of the enterprise is found,and the improvement is in line with the practical needs of the enterprise.As a kind of carrier of value creation,financial competitiveness can be operated by EVA's value management concept.The author thinks that EVA is not only a financial indicator for performance evaluation,but also a concentrated expression of a set of value management thoughts.The EVA value management,which included performance evaluation,incentive mechanism,management decision and operation principles,is of great help to the improvement of financial competitiveness for company D.
