Nowadays,with the constant development of Germany's "industry 4.0" strategy,automobile manufacturing enterprises have become the leaders of industrial development in the future.Because,automobile manufacturing enterprise has the characteristics of high technology content,dense distribution and intelligent application.As a leading enterprise in commercial vehicle manufacturing,Yutong has the advantages of strong profitability and large market share.However,Compared with other commercial vehicle enterprises,yutong also has some problems,such as great threat from customers' bargaining ability and weak enterprise development ability,which seriously affected the competition ability of Yutong company in the industry.In order to improve the enterprise competitiveness and overall strength of Yutong company,this paper introduces related theories of the automobile manufacturing enterprise and competitive capacity of enterprise,and expounds the core competence of enterprise and the sustainable competitive advantage.On this basis,based on the passenger car industry environment in China,the paper uses porter's five forces analysis model to analyze the macro-environment,the industry environment and the competitive environment of Yutong.In order to increase the accuracy of the research,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of competitiveness of listed the bus enterprises by referring to domestic and foreign literature.Then this paper uses factor analysis to carry out statistical analysis on 5 listed bus enterprises,and finally gets the score and ranking of Yutong's comprehensive competitiveness and competitiveness of each dimension.Finally,through the analysis of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis results,the existing problems of Yutong company were obtained,and then the corresponding improvement Suggestions were put forward.The main contents of this paper are as follows.First,the paper introduces relevant theoretical basis.By referring to relevant references at home and abroad,this paper introduces relevant concept of automobile manufacturing enterprise and enterprise strategy,and expounds relevant theory of the core competence of enterprise and the sustainable competitive advantage.Secondly,this paper analyze the development environment of yutong company.First,the paper analyze the macro-environment of Yutong by analyzing the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment of the bus industry;Then,the paper analyze the industry environment of Yutong by using porter's five forces analysis model;Finally,the paper analyze the competitive environment of Yutong by analyzing its competitors.Then,the paper uses factor analysis to make quantitative analysis of listed automobile enterprises.By referring to the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of competitiveness of listed automobile enterprises which contains 10 original indexes.Then,this paper uses SPSS software and factor analysis method to make quantitative analysis of 5 listed bus enterprises.Finally,the paper obtained the score and ranking of comprehensive competitiveness and competitiveness of each dimension,and found the gap between Yutong and other excellent enterprises.At last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competition strategy.According to the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper finds out the problems existing in Yutong company,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement of competitive strategies.According to the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper finds out the competitive advantages and problems existing in Yutong company,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement of competitive strategies.It is expected to provide direction for Yutong to enhance its overall competitiveness and provide reference for the development and expansion of other automobile manufacturers.
