| Under the background of rapid economic development,China’s land resources are relatively scarce,so the utilization of land resources in development and construction must take into account its carrying capacity,which should be achieved through rational planning and layout,policy control and other methods.For the current land used for construction projects such as power plants and cultural centers,the land used must be restricted by relevant policies and methods,and the economical utilization and protection of land resources must be considered before the implementation of construction projects.The application of the evaluation technique for the economical and intensive use of land for construction projects can help to identify the development law of land resource utilization and promote the urban scale construction and development planning.In order to strengthen the management of relevant land resources and make full use of land resources,it is of great significance to carry out the land saving evaluation of construction projects.After studying relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant concepts,political background and development of land saving in construction projects,and discusses the research significance of land saving evaluation in construction projects.This paper defines the connotation of the evaluation on the economical use of land for construction projects,and summarizes the theoretical basis for the economical use of land for construction projects.This paper expounds the relevant effect evaluation and objective principle of land saving,and provides the theoretical basis for the following articles.In jilin province at present,the state of land for the construction project related case analysis,and the related effects of biomass power generation project construction project economical use of land evaluation as an example,the construction of double liao city,nine area two project case analysis,put forward the common problems of existence,the evaluation method is optimized,formulate reasonable index selection method and determine index weight.On this basis,according to the method of selecting the relevant indexes for the biomass power generation project construction,the evaluation system constructed by the analytic hierarchy process is applied to verify the shuangliao and jiutai projects.At present,most of the researches on land conservation and utilization evaluation at home and abroad are macro and medium evaluation,with urban land use,construction land and agricultural land as the main research objects.However,there are few evaluations on the effect of land conservation and utilization of construction projects.This paper takes the evaluation of land use efficiency of biomass power generation project construction as an example,selects the method of qualitative analysis index,and analyzes the case of two construction projects in shuangliao city and jiutai district,and puts forward the optimization method of land use efficiency evaluation of biomass cogeneration project that meets the practical requirements.The results show that the relatively complete and reasonable land saving evaluation method not only has the theoretical value to study the land saving and utilization,but also has the practical significance to the promotion of the land saving evaluation of national construction projects. |
