As an industry closely related to people’s lives,the construction industry has a very stable status as a pillar industry in the national economy.The construction industry maintained a steady growth rate and played an irreplaceable role in the economic recovery during the epidemic.However,while the construction industry is developing steadily,it is also facing some challenges.The growth rate of total profit continues to slow down,and the profit rate of output value continues to decline.If construction companies want to respond to these challenges reasonably,they need to be more strategically targeted and more refined in management.While the number of construction companies continues to increase,the scale and strength of large-scale construction companies are also expanding.It is very common for large construction companies to have a large number of projects under construction at the same time,and to develop several or even dozens of projects in different areas at the same time.Under this circumstance,how to optimize the combination of many projects in the bidding process is particularly important,and it has become an urgent problem for construction companies to solve.This article first analyzes the application of project portfolio management theory in construction enterprises.By reading domestic and foreign literature,I summarized the feasibility,characteristics and application value of project portfolio management in construction enterprises,and studied the application of the theory of constraints and collaboration theory related to project portfolio management in construction enterprises.Then construct a combination optimization model of construction enterprise projects based on fuzzy hierarchical entropy method.First,determine the evaluation index based on the literature reading,combined with the actual situation of the construction enterprise,and explain the meaning of the index,give the qualitative index quantification method,and establish the evaluation index system.Then on the basis of the index system,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the project portfolio optimization model,and the entropy weight is introduced to modify the index weight,so that the optimization scheme is more reasonable and effective.Finally,complete the empirical analysis.This article takes A company as a research case,and uses the expert scoring method to determine the index weight according to the actual situation of A company.Then determine the 4 candidate projects,use the expert scoring method to determine the value of the qualitative index,and apply the model established above to calculate to determine the optimal project portfolio.After determining the optimal plan,evaluate the selected plan based on the situation of the selected project and the actual situation of A company,and evaluate the established model.
