In recent decades,China's national economy has made great leap forward and Gross domestic product(GDP)shows strong growth.The construction industry has long been an important component of national economy.Construction engineering project construction plays an irreplaceable role in economic and social development.To achieve the goal of construction of construction engineering project,is the important factors for the national to maintain long-term and stable economic growth.Construction progress is one of the key indicators of construction engineering project management,and directly affects the investment benefit of the construction engineering project.Evaluating the construction project construction progress,the first,can reflect the level of construction progress through the evaluation system;second,can understand the high and low risk indicator;third,can put forward targeted preventive measures through construction progress evaluation results.Based on the system theory,on the basis of researching a large number of relevant literature,by using the methods of fault tree,construction engineering project construction process risk index system of three layers are built.Target layer is the construction engineering project construction process risk assessment.Rule layer includes seven big indicator,such as personnel,equipment,material,method,environment,management and others.Factors layer includes a total of 30 specific index factors.According to the established index system of construction progress,the construction schedule risk assessment model is construct.The subjective and objective weights are calculated respectively using fuzzy hierarchy and entropy model.Combination weights are made through the linear weighted.The whitenization weight matrix is calculated using the grey clustering method.According to the fuzzy matrix and the index weight to evaluate construction progress,risk assessment results are obtained.Finally,this article uses the built mathematical model to obtain the evaluation results of a project case.First,on the basis of obtaining the data of experts and scholars,by using the built weights calculating model,scientific and accurate combination weights are obtained.Then,whitenization weight matrix is determined by evaluation model,and construction schedule is evaluated based on fuzzy matrix and index weight.Risk assessment results is medium risk in good agreement with the actual status of this project.By deep analysis of the evaluation results,the conclusion is gotten,and targeted preventive measures are put forward.
