In recent years, due to the progress of the society, make the development of construction industry and present a thriving situation, but the resulting security problem is increasingly serious, the security situation is worrying. Although people improve safety awareness, has been realized to the importance of safety, it is benefit to a certain extent. But in practice, because on safety investment effect is not very direct and is not obvious and, investors can’t soon see effect, so the securities have not for a long time. These factors also make the enterprise’s enthusiasm, only passive to take measures and investment, and eventually led to the current security situation is becoming more and more serious.This paper argues that ease the current security situation in the most important is that, so before the formal construction project and construction process must put special emphasis on safety management. At this point, in this article has established a set of relatively complete safety management system, but also made a comprehensive assessment to this system.In this paper, the main research contents include:(1) Summary and research at home and abroad for the analysis of the safety management evaluation and some potential problems.(2) The research is that some of the safety management in our country existing problems and the reasons, at the same time and establish the corresponding safety management system.(3) The front against the established safety management system to make the analysis of the concrete especially explains and expounds the main body in the construction projects safety production when there is a potential relationship and internal contact, and for the result of the improvement of the existing system further.(4) This article chooses the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to establish a set of evaluation function can be realized and can realize the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index system of control; Combined with the existing engineering data sorting out related data, according to experts estimate conclusion to establish judgment matrix is given, using the characteristic root method to different weights of indicators; Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the membership of each evaluation factor combined with analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the weight, so that you can get the final result.After complete the above content is to establish a set of complete and accurate evaluation system of safety management, this paper will use a large commercial plaza as a case study to test the credibility of the index system. Carries on the analysis of the data at the same time, combined with the result of field survey and expert evaluation content, it is concluded that the data you need, when applied to the built model to do meticulous research, calculate the weight of each evaluation factors in the project as well as their final evaluation results, draw the conclusion:the project in terms of safety and coping with risks and so on seem well-prepared but there are also some problems, such as is not very in place to prevent accident.Can be seen through the case analysis, this paper built the evaluation system of safety management has a certain practical degrees, and the model of evaluation index and weight of judgment can basically reflects the relevant work safety involves all the factors, but also has a high accuracy and credibility.Finally, in order to make the safety management system can maximize the use of the actual; this paper also gives some reasonable Suggestions.
