Research On Cost Management Of Fabricated Concrete Buildings

Under the promotion of national construction policy,promoting the development of industrialized and intelligent prefabricated concrete buildings has become an important way to advance the transformation of construction industry.Nowadays,from the perspective of a new form of market economy,the scale and trend of its industry are restricted by many factors,especially the cost of fabricated construction is significantly higher than the traditional buildings,which not fully shows its admiring advantages of enterprises,industries and society.It further restricts the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in China.Therefore,how to ensure the corresponding construction quality on the basis of optimizing and controlling the construction cost of prefabricated concrete has become the focus of all walks of life.This paper starting from the prospect of prefabricated concrete building.Firstly,through introducing the concept and application of prefabricated concrete building.Followed by analyzing the cost and construction differences between the prefabricated concrete building and the traditional buildings.Investigating V project of the prefabricated concrete building project,carries out comparative analysis,so as to clarify the leading factors of cost differences.Therefore,the main way to reduce the cost of PC components under the premise prefabrication rate.Finally,from the perspective of enterprise,industry and policy,this paper puts forward suggestions and measures of cost control.This paper provides theoretical and data support for the cost analysis ofprefabricated concrete buildings in Yunnan Province.Based on the background of industry development and technological innovation,this paper explores and puts forward effective strategies and methods to optimize the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings in a reasonable range.
