| With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the living environment.Traditional housing construction methods not only cause serious environmental pollution,high energy consumption,but also require a large amount of labor,which makes it difficult to keep up with the pace of social development.Compared with the extensive traditional construction methods,prefabricated buildings have outstanding advantages in environmental protection,energy saving and building quality improvement.my country has a large population and poor per capita resources.The promotion of prefabricated housing is an inevitable trend of my country’s construction industrialization.The high cost of modular buildings has become an obstacle restricting the development of prefabricated buildings.This paper sorts out the status quo of domestic and foreign prefabricated building cost research,compares the cost difference between prefabricated buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings,and finds out the factors that affect the cost of prefabricated buildings.The DEMATEL method is used to quantify each index factor,and the comprehensive influence matrix of the mutual influence of each index is obtained,and the key cost influencing factor indexes are found.Finally,according to the influence degree of each factor index,cost control measures and suggestions and safeguard measures are put forward in the design link,component production and transportation link,and construction link.Although this article is aimed at the cost control of a prefabricated project,the whole process focuses on the entire prefabricated construction industry,with the purpose of reducing the cost of prefabricated buildings and enabling them to develop in a longer and healthy manner. |
