Faced with the rapidly changing economic environment and increasing market competition,more and more enterprises have realized that it is easy to survive for a short period of time,but long-term development requires the art of management.How to play the role of employees has become the core issue of human resource management.Employee engagement,as a measure of employee effectiveness,has a positive predictive effect on output variables,such as organizational performance,business performance and customer satisfaction.It can be said that dedicated employees are the key resource for enterprises to flourish.In recent years,China’s civil aviation has boomed,with the airport passenger throughput exceeding 1.2 billion in 2018.China is transforming from a "major civil aviation country" to a " world civil aviation power".However,there are few domestic research on employee engagement in the civil aviation enterprise,and there is not enough attention on employee engagement.Therefore,employees should have more potential to be untapped,making them willing to invest more in the enterprise.In fact,due to a variety of internal and external reasons,insufficient attention is paid to work,which ultimately results in low efficiency of enterprises,brain drain,and even civil aviation unsafe events.On the one hand,the research on employee engagement of XP aviation can serve the development needs of XP aviation.On the other hand,it can also expand the application field of employee engagement research in civil aviation enterprises.This article takes YunNan XP Aviation co.,LTD as the research object and conducts interview,which based on the research on concepts of employee engagement,dimensions,influence factors,and promotion models at home and abroad.This articlealso designs questionnaire based on Gallup Q12 survey,to investigate their employee engagement in the fields of their needs for survival,belonging,growth and value.SPSS23.0 and Mplus7.0 software were used to analyze the influencing factors of various dimensions of XP aviation employee engagement.On one hand,starting from the cause index,the author analyzed the influence of employee work factors,including gender,education background,age structure,job responsibility and serving age,on individual employee engagement.On the other hand,the author analyzed the influence of organizational factors on employee engagement,including perceived organizational support,working environment and resources.Finally,based on the problems in the core driver of employee engagement reflected in the survey,the author put forward some suggestions to improve employee engagement of YunNan XP Aviation co.,LTD. |
