Excellent human resources are a key competitiveness of the company.How to improve the professionalism of employees,and thus improve the performance of enterprises,has become a topic of great concern to related companies.Many large-scale companies have begun to incorporate the results of employee engagement and the improvement methods given in the results into the annual management objectives of the enterprise,and regularly confirm and summarize them,so that the management of the company becomes more sound and the employees’ dedication is improved.To help companies achieve greater progress in the future.In dealing with fierce market competition,Whirlpool enterprises should strengthen human resources management,with the aim of improving the overall level of competition of enterprises.The employee’s engagement is the main component of human resource management and has been actively promoted by Whirlpool executives.attention.In order to achieve corporate goals,promote rapid progress,and improve business operations,Whirlpool companies have included how to improveemployee engagement into a key issue that needs urgent attention.This article takes the analysis of the factors affecting employee engagement in the international and domestic years as the premise,and takes Whirlpool enterprises as the research object.With reference to the results of employee engagement surveys obtained within the company,the paper focuses on the engagement of Chinese laboratory workers in Whrilpool enterprises.The main elements,and the problems arising from the relevant factors of engagement,through the further study of the survey information and results,indicate the reasons for the change of employee engagement,and explore the logical relationship between the decline of employee engagement and the current management problems of Whirlpool enterprises.At the same time,it is purposeful to give management methods to improve employee engagement.The current key issues and current issues in the Whirlpool corporate China laboratory workers’ engagement are to establish fair,scientific and competitive salary planning,improve corporate rules and regulations,improve working procedures,and assist employees in development and determination.Scientific career planning,active team building,and enhanced cooperation have given ways to improve the engagement of Whirlpool employees.
