Along with the development and progress of the times,the new generation of employees gradually enter the workplace and become the outstanding talents of modern enterprises.The new generation employees have outstanding personality,strong business ability and high education level,and at the same time,they are brave to innovate and eager to be recognized.Compared with the old employees of the enterprise,their dedication,responsibility,devotion and sense of honor are lacking.Therefore,how to manage the new generation of employees well,enhance the level of dedication and motivation of the new generation of employees is of realistic research significance in enterprise management.At present,the domestic air transportation industry is in a period full of opportunities and challenges,and the competition among major airlines in the market is intensifying,but the airlines have not been able to match the speed of their development in terms of talent management and institutional reform.The rapid expansion of the airline industry has led to an increase in the number of employees,which in turn has led to a higher turnover rate and a decrease in employee engagement.With the rapid development of Company A in recent years,the scale of the company’s team has been growing,and the company has also experienced management problems such as backward compensation and benefits system,unsound management system,narrow promotion paths and restricted career development,which have affected the engagement of Company A’s employees.According to statistics,more than 65% of employees in Company A belong to the new generation category,and the new generation employees have become the backbone of the company.Based on the above background,this paper researches the current situation of the new generation of employees in Company A.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are determined through literature research;secondly,the domestic and foreign research literature on the new generation of employees and employee dedication is combed and reviewed,and the psychological contract theory,fairness theory and social exchange theory are elaborated;again,the interview method and questionnaire survey method are used to investigate the dedication of the new generation of employees in Company A.The survey,statistics and analysis of the engagement level of new generation employees in Company A were conducted by interview and questionnaire,and the conclusions were: the overall engagement level of new generation employees in Company A was at a medium level,and there were engagement problems such as insufficient attractiveness of salary and benefits,unclear career development,imperfect work system and process,and lack of employee satisfaction;finally,combined with the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of human resource management,the survey was conducted from the perspective of sound Finally,combining the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of human resource management,we propose countermeasures to improve the engagement of new generation employees in Company A from four aspects: improving the compensation and welfare system,clarifying career development planning,perfecting the workflow system,and enhancing satisfaction.This paper,by proposing suggestions to improve the engagement of new generation employees in Company A,improves the level of employee engagement,promotes the career development of new generation employees,broadens the thinking of enterprise managers,and thus improves organizational performance,enriches the research results on the engagement of new generation employees in a certain sense,and makes a useful contribution to the research work on the engagement of new generation employees.
