Research On The Business Model Innovation Of Chinese Railway "Going Global" Based On Multi-case Analysis

With the “one belt and one road”putting forword and going depth,Chinese enterprises cooperation with countries in various fields were opened along the development project,and the performance is outstanding,the national level of railway launched the strategy of "going out",outside the railway project contracting is also increasing,many international large infrastructure companies have also invested in the international market in a wave of competition and development.Facing the complex and varied international market operating environment,as well as the competitive pressure from all sides,how can enterprises achieve sustainable operation? Constant innovation is undoubtedly the focus of the enterprise needs to consider,as management guru Peter crook said "today’s competition between enterprises,not a product of competition,but competition business model",in today’s competition,is not a simple competition of products and services,technology and management innovation cannot satisfy the ever-changing business change.Business model innovation is an important method for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages.This paper attempts to make an in-depth analysis of the system architecture,driving mechanism and innovation path of the "going global" business model innovation of China railway through the research method of multiple cases,so as to put forward relevant suggestions and safeguard measures for the "going global" business model innovation of China railway.This paper firstly introduces the relevant research background,sorts out the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad,relevant research on business model and business model innovation,as well as the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis.After that,the development history of "going global" of China’s railway was sorted out,the current situation of the business model and the problems and challenges faced were summarized,and five typical cases were described and analyzed in depth.Then,based on the research and theories related to business model and business model innovation,this paper analyzes the architecture of China railway "going global" business model innovation system,including system composition and characteristics,system elements,structure system and stakeholders.Then,the paper analyzes the driving factors,driving mechanism and innovation path of "going global" business model innovation of China railway.Finally,combined with the characteristics of "going global" development of China’s railway and the theoretical analysis above,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the path and mode of "going global" business model innovation of China’s railway,as well as Suggestions on safeguard measures at the national,industrial,enterprise and project levels.This paper finds that the essence of the innovation of China railway’s "going global" business model is to innovate and integrate the full value of the enterprise on the premise of meeting the demands of all stakeholders.Sorting out the development process of China railway “going out”,and in five typical project case based on the analysis of the further description,this paper analysis the driving factors of business model innovation: the Chinese government policies,the host country business demand,enterprise business resources in flooding,enterprise managers cognitive drive,the value network of complementary assets into risk,market environment pressure.At the same time draw the conclusion: China railway needs the innovation goals of "going out" as a guide for business model innovation standard premise,combined with its own resource capacity and enterprise development strategy,based on the industry value chain and stakeholders to build enterprise ecosystem,choose suitable for their own development path of innovation,to survive in the fierce competition and continuous development.It is also believed that the integration of the whole industrial chain + comprehensive supporting development + localization is an effective way to realize the business model innovation of "going global" in China railway,and the integration of investment and construction + comprehensive supporting development is an effective business model innovation.
