Research On Construction Model Innovation Of Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway Project

With China’s "one belt,one road" construction,many overseas projects are advancing rapidly.The one belt,one road project in Indonesia,and the first high-speed railway with a speed of 350 km / h in Southeast Asia,attracted the attention of the two peoples in China and Indonesia and the high importance of the leaders of the two countries.As a landmark project,Indonesia yavan high-speed railway project has many innovations,which is worthy of reference for subsequent overseas engineering projects.Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway is the first overseas high-speed railway project in China to adopt enterprise to enterprise cooperation mode,PPP + EPC mode and comprehensive land development mode.It is an innovative practice of overseas high-speed railway construction projects in China.Therefore,the research on the construction model innovation of Indonesia yavan high-speed railway project is of great significance to promote the international high-speed railway construction project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research data on construction model of railway engineering construction at home and abroad,systematically arranges the relevant theories of construction model innovation,and obtains the main connotation of project construction model,that is,project construction model = investment and financing model + content and standards of providing products and services + project contracting model + operation and maintenance model + risk sharing model.After that,this paper systematically discusses and analyzes the construction model innovation practice of Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project by using the actual case data.Through the analysis and Research on the investment and financing mode of the project,the content and standards of providing products and services,the project contracting mode,operation and maintenance mode,risk sharing mode and the unique comprehensive development mode of Jakarta-Bandung project,the innovation of its construction model is found.Then,this paper discusses the key success factors of the innovative construction model of Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project,determines the initial key success factors of the innovative construction model of Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project based on the literature analysis method,and further arranges and analyzes the initial key success factors based on the expert interview method,The questionnaire is designed to re demonstrate and rank the importance of the success factors determined by the expert interview method,and finally select the eight most important success factors.Through the interpretative structural model method(ISM),the success factors are analyzed,the key success factor system suitable for overseas engineering projects such as Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project is established,and its influence mechanism is analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of promoting the success of innovative construction model,in order to play a certain reference role in the promotion of international high-speed railway construction projects.
