Research On Post-evaluation Of Passive Ultra-low Energy Buildings

With the development of the times,the public buildings that originally only pursued the appearance of the style can no longer meet the needs of the current people,and indoor comfort,green and environmental protection have become a new trend.Catering to people’s needs,passive architecture has received increasing attention.However,the survey found that a large number of buildings attach importance to design and construction,while neglecting energy-saving management and operation.The evaluation methods and technical means for the operation effect are not comprehensive,and the lack of long-term investigation and analysis and systematic post-evaluation system make the building energy consumption level Higher than expected,the energy saving effect expected by the design and the indoor environment comfort are not achieved,so that the real energy saving of the building cannot be achieved.In fact,the implementation effect is the key to realizing green and low energy consumption of buildings.In China,a mature evaluation system has not yet been established for post-assessment of buildings.To this end,this paper takes the first passive ultra-low energy building certified by the German Institute in the northwest cold region as the object of"Happy Castle"to carry out post-building related index evaluation work,track whether the building has reached the expected design goals from two directions,and analyze the passive ultra The actual operation effect of low-energy public buildings.（1）Using DEST software to simulate the energy saving rate of the body is 29%,which meets the specification requirements;the comprehensive energy saving rate is29%,which does not meet the specification requirements.The main reason is that the owners of"Happy Castle"have never used solar energy as designed during their lives.Resources;The actual consumption of building energy during heating period is37k Wh/m2·a,which fails to meet the German standard.（2）Test the temperature,humidity,light environment,noise,indoor comfort CO₂,PM2.5,air tightness,thermal bridge and other aspects of the"Happy Castle"room using field measurement methods.The study found that not all indicators are To meet the requirements,we should strengthen the training of management personnel and the publicity of the relevant user manuals for the entrants.Only with reasonable design,daily maintenance,and correct use can we truly achieve energy-saving and comfortable buildings.
