Research On Sustainable Development Of Passive Ultra-low Energy Buildings

With the continuous improvement of requirements for low-carbon development,passive ultra-low energy buildings have attracted attention from all walks of life since they were introduced into my country.And the scale of development of passive ultra-low energy buildings is gradually expanding.However,there is still a certain distance to achieve healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the influencing factors of the sustainable development of passive ultra-low energy buildings and the domestic and international practical experience for the government to formulate relevant laws and policies,promote the sustainable development of passive ultra-low energy buildings,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Firstly,the research status of the connotation of sustainable development of buildings,passive ultra-low energy buildings and the influencing factors of sustainable development of buildings are studied in the thesis.Secondly,the elements,characteristics,development status and problems of passive ultra-low energy buildings are studied.On the basis,using literature research and expert interviews,nineteen factors affecting the sustainable development of passive ultra-low energy buildings are identified.And the influencing factors are divided into five aspects,including policy,market,technology,management and social awareness.The mechanism and importance of the influencing factors are studied by using the fuzzy interpretative structure model and the analytic network process.On the basis,according to the Pareto rule,the key influencing factors are determined.Then,combined with the relevant development experience of Germany,Switzerland,the United States and Hebei Province of China,the enlightenment to promote the sustainable development of Chinese passive ultra-low energy buildings is extracted.Finally,combined with the analysis results of influencing factors and the domestic and the international practical experience,the conceptual model of the push model of sustainable development of passive ultra-low energy building is proposed,and the promote suggestions are also put forward.Research conclusion:Based on fuzzy interpretation structure model,the mechanism of influencing factors is determined.On the basis,the key influencing factors are refined,such as the degree of perfection of incentive policies,the intensity of government publicity and promotion,the development level of related industries development and the capabilities of technological innovation and research.On the basis,combined with the domestic and the international practical experience,the conceptual model about "government guidance + market regulation" based on the externality theory is proposed of sustainable development of passive ultra-low energy buildings.And specific suggestions including policy,market,technology,management and social awareness are put forward.
