Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of social productivity, the world’s energy consumption problems have become more severe.resources have begun to dry up,and the accompanying environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. At present.China’s urbanization and industrialization are developing rapidly, posing severe challenges to the environment and energy. In the construction industry, from building material production to operation and use,the energy consumption of the entire process cycle accounts for about 40%to 50%of the total energy consumption of society. At the same time,as the construction area continues to increase, building energy consumption is also increasing. Therefore, the promotion of green,energy-saving and innovative development concepts in the construction field has become an important development direction in this field.Passive ultra-low-energy building is an energy-saving building with high comfort and low energy consumption. This article interprets relevant concepts of passive ultra-low-energy buildings by summarizing a large number of documents and browsing web information based on relevant national technical standards, referring to domestic and foreign research results, and reviewing the relevant concepts of passive ultra-low-energy buildings. The design conditions are introduced.Secondly.monitor the indoor environment-related indicators of passive ultra-low-energy buildings, and analyze the monitored data to analyze whether the indoor environment quality meets the standards and indoor thermal comfort. At the same time, different energy-saving designs of envelopes of different building types are analyzed to analyze and compare the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects of passive ultra-low-energy buildings. Finally, through summary, judgment and analysis, the characteristics of passive ultra-low energy buildings with high living comfort and low energy consumption are provided, which provide a certain direction and demonstration role for the future development of green buildings.Through analysis and research,he following conclusions are drawn:First,by taking the passive room experience center of sino-german ecological park in Qingdao as an example, the indoor temperature and humidity data are analyzed, and then through the PMV model analysis, the conclusion that it conforms to the requirements of indoor thermal comfort and the technical guidelines of passive ultra-low-energy green building is drawn.Second,it is concluded that the heat transfer coefficient and other performance parameters of the enclosure structure of the passive ultra-low energy consumption building conform to the relevant technical indexes, and the thermal conductivity energy consumption of the enclosure structure is obtained by the relevant parameters and calculation, and the thermal conductivity energy consumption of the ordinary building enclosure structure is compared. Finally,it is concluded that passive ultra-low energy buildings are of great significance to improve the quality of human habitation and the sustainable development of energy.
