| Passive ultra-low energy consumption building has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, comfort and livability, and less carbon emission, and has become an important starting point for the green and low-carbon development of construction industry. In recent years,China’s passive ultra-low energyconsumption buildings are gradually developing.Although the promotion of passive ultra-low energy-consumption buildings has achieved certain results,it also faces some difficulties.Because developers and consumers only consider the incremental costs of passive ultra-low energy-consumption buildings, they ignore the environmental benefits and social benefits, and their willingness to support and participation are low, which leads to insufficient demand for passive ultra-low energyconsumption buildings and restricts their development. Therefore,in order to promote the leap-forward development of passive ultra-low-energy buildings as soon as possible, based on the essential characteristics of passive ultra-low-energy buildings, the development level of passive ultra-low-energy buildings is reflected through the evaluation of comprehensive benefits, which provides decision-making basis for stakeholders.Firstly,by analyzing the present situation of passive ultra-low energyconsumption buildings, consulting the construction technology, construction standards and related policies of passive ultra-low energy-consumption buildings, this thesis summarizes the connotation of comprehensive benefits of passive ultra-low energyconsumption buildings, and divides the comprehensive benefits into three levels:economy, environment and society.Secondly, through literature research, search engine retrieval, expert interviews and other means, the relevant information about the comprehensive benefit evaluation of passive ultra-low energy-consuming buildings is obtained, and the text information is coded step by step by using grounded theory,and12 main categories and 3 core categories, such as energy saving of equipment and envelope, reducing pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting the upgrading of energy-saving industries, are obtained.Taking the above 12 main categories as the initial evaluation indicators, the scientificity and applicability of the evaluation indicators are further verified by questionnaires, and finally an evaluation system with 3 levels and 12 indicators is obtained. Finally, considering the mutual influence between evaluation indexes,DEMATEL is selected to determine the index weight, and the index weight is calculated by calculating the centrality and normalizing it.The evaluation results of complete evaluation indexes are calculated by using the constant weight sub-constraint comprehensive evaluation method, and then one of the indexes is removed in turn to get a new evaluation result.By comparing the changes of the evaluation results before and after, the key indexes affecting the comprehensive benefits of passive ultra-low energy-consumption buildings are found, which lays the model foundation for case studies. This thesis takes a passive ultra-low energy consumption building as an example, applies the evaluation model to a practical case, verifies the feasibility of the model, and obtains that the comprehensive benefit evaluation grade of the passive ultra-low energy consumption building in the case is excellent, indicating that the overall performance of the project is relatively excellent in terms of economic, environmental and social benefits. The project is excellent in energy saving of equipment and envelope and alleviating the problems of modern cities, but there are also some problems, such as poor performance in improving residents’ awareness of low-carbon life and poor performance in residents’ health and satisfaction.In-depth analysis of strengths and weaknesses, this thesis finds out the deep-seated reasons that affect the comprehensive benefits of passive ultra-low energy-consumption buildings and puts forward relevant suggestions in order to promote the development of passive ultralow energy-consumption buildings in a more refined and intensive direction. |
