Resource constraints,rapid economic development,reduce carbon emissions,reduce pollution,protect the environment,provide people with a comfortable,safe and healthy living space,this is the common pursuit of the goal.Since the 1980s,the ministry of construction of the People’s Republic of China has put forward the idea of building energy conservation in three steps,each step saving 30%of the energy on the basis of the 1981 standard.Germany built the world’s first passive building in the 1990s.The passive building originated from Germany,because the annual energy consumption of heating,cooling and all household appliances is very low,the annual energy consumption of heating is less than 15kWh/(m~2·a),high energy saving efficiency,comfortable and healthy indoor environment.Therefore,many countries in the world began to learn the advanced theoretical and practical technical achievements of German passive buildings to guide the development of their passive ultra-low-energy buildings.China’s vast territory,climate is complicated,according to the general policy of national energy saving and energy saving standard of different provinces,this article from the exterior wall thermal insulation,sealing,thermal bridge design,architectural Windows,fresh air system with new energy technology,such as the application of passive ultra-low power consumption of our country city construction technology study.Due to the great climatic difference in China,different regions have different climatic characteristics,different architectural cultures and living habits,and different energy conservation standards for buildings.In the south,heat insulation in summer should be considered while keeping warm in winter.The climate in the north is cold,so heat preservation is the main factor to be considered.Based on the investigation and comparison of ultra-low-energy buildings built in different regions of China,this paper finds out the gap between them,analyzes the characteristics of the passive ultra-low-energy technology,and applies the passive ultra-low-energy technology in the construction of northern highway service area.A complete set of technology has been formed from the building envelope outer wall,Windows and doors to the building heat-free bridge design,from the building auxiliary heat transfer system to the control scheme.It is hoped that the conclusions drawn in this paper can supplement the deficiencies of China’s research on the theory of passive ultra-low-energy buildings and provide references for the research and practice of passive ultra-low-energy buildings in the future.
