| The construction industry is an important area of end-use energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission, and energy-saving and emission reduction in the construction field is an important measure to achieve carbon peak and carbon-neutral,and green building is an important means to achieve energy saving and emission reduction. As a new type of green energy-saving building, passive ultra-low energy buildings have been recognized worldwide for their low energy consumption and high standard design concepts, and China has also started to vigorously promote and develop passive ultra-low energy buildings to help achieve the goal of "double carbon" in China. With the gradual expansion of passive ultra-low energy building construction in China,it is crucial to conduct Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)for new passive ultra-low energy buildings.Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)can test whether the building project can achieve the energy efficiency and functional experience expected by the design during the operation and use phase, and its feedback can help architects to evaluate the design and construction work at a deeper level,so that end users can benefit from higher energy efficiency and improved building performance.Based on the theory and method of post-occupancy evaluation, this paper selects the first passive ultra-low energy demonstration project in the Central Plains region-"Wufang Science and Technology Museum" as the research object to carry out post-occupancy evaluation research.Firstly,a post-occupancy evaluation model was constructed for the Wufang Science and Technology Museum;secondly,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used to conduct a post-occupancy evaluation study on the Wufang Science and Technology Museum;finally, the evaluation results of the Wufang Science and Technology Museum were comprehensively analyzed, and optimization or improvement strategies were proposed to provide a better understanding of the "design-build" level of similar passive ultra-low energy consumption projects in China. The evaluation results of the Wufang Science and Technology Museum will be analyzed and optimization or enhancement strategies will be proposed, which will provide important references for the improvement of the "design-build" level and further enhancement of the all-round experience of similar passive ultra-low energy projects in China. The key research contents of this paper are as follows.First,a combined qualitative and quantitative evaluation method for conducting post-occupancy evaluation of passive ultra-low energy demonstration projects is given. This paper takes the Wufang Science and Technology Museum as the case study object, and constructs a combined qualitative and quantitative post-occupancy evaluation method for this project by applying the knowledge system and research methods of POE.The qualitative analysis is based on interviews and user questionnaires;the quantitative analysis is based on Likert scale and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)to calculate the user satisfaction and index factor weights.Second, build the post-occupancy evaluation model of Wufang Science and Technology Museum, and carry out post-occupancy evaluation and comprehensive analysis research.Firstly, combined with literature analysis, field research summary and expert opinions, the POE evaluation index system of Wufang Science and Technology Museum is constructed;secondly, according to the obtained index weights, the comprehensive evaluation calculation of Wufang Science and Technology Museum project is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The value is 3.918,which is in the "relatively satisfied" level in the satisfaction evaluation scale;finally,in order to improve the user’s satisfaction with the Wufang Science and Technology Museum to the "very satisfied" level, the quadratic model is used to quantify the satisfaction-importance of each indicator to provide a more accurate analysis basis for targeting optimization or improvement strategies.Thirdly, the optimization and improvement strategies are proposed to provide an important reference basis for the subsequent improvement of the "design-build" level of similar new projects. The analysis finds that the indicators of indoor natural ventilation, indoor natural lighting, building location, building function layout, outdoor wind environment, etc.in the repair area of the quadrangle model have room for further improvement and optimization. Therefore, based on the advanced quantitative study, the corresponding optimization measures or enhancement suggestions are given. This study not only provides a combined qualitative and quantitative evaluation method for the post-occupancy evaluation of passive ultra-low energy consumption projects, but also provides valuable design and construction experience for new similar projects in the future through the post-occupancy evaluation study of the "Wufang Science and Technology Museum" demonstration project, which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in China. This is of great significance in promoting the development of high-quality passive ultra-low energy buildings in China. |
