The Research On The Method Of Renewal Planning Of Health-oriented Old Community

In the context of the healthy China strategy and public health security of covid-19,healthy cities and healthy communities are becoming one of the hotspots of interdisciplinary research.At the same time,the transformation of the community environment and the improvement of the living quality of the existing community renewal have also become the focus of attention in China.As an important part of Chinese cities,the renewal method of the old community will generate more possibilities.Looking back the development course of the old community,its change is closely combined with the social and economic development of each stage,and has accumulated a series of theories and practices.Among them,the research and practice of introducing the concept of health into the community is also on the rise.However,there are still few studies on a complete set of health-oriented planning methods for the renewal of old community.Therefore,this paper,from a new perspective of health,tries to explain the important relationship between various elements and health in the old community,and to construct a set of comprehensive health-oriented planning methods for the renewal of the old community,so as to positively respond to the strategic objectives and disciplinary development trend of the construction of healthy China.This paper takes "how to integrate the concept of health into the renewal of old community" as an important issue to carry out research,and makes a detailed exploration of its method construction and specific path construction.First,on the basis of clarifying the research direction and problems,the paper sorts out the renewal and planning of old community and health-oriented old community,methodological development.Second,starting from the correlation of health to health resources,health,the potential risk as the breakthrough point,the health impact assessment as the important tool,to build a set of contains the prophase research,the space of community health resources characteristics,potential health risks of exposure,as well as the health of the health impact assessment evaluation optimization oriented old renewal planning method.In the end,the health-oriented renewal planning method is adopted to practice and explore the Dongtang-Yuhua area in Yuhua District.By combining subjective and objective methods,this paper further analyzes the current situation of health resources,space and the exposure of potential health risks.At the same time,a set of health impact assessment system for the renewal of old community is proposed to optimize the neglected health parts in the old community and put forward reasonable strategies.In this process,this paper makes clear the concept and goal of health-oriented old community,constructs a set of health-oriented old community renewal planning method,and makes a theoretical discussion on its related contents and strategies.At the same time,the construction of the health-oriented old community renewal planning method in Dongtang-Yuhua area has been explored,and the feasibility of this method has been proved.
