In the context of the convergence of the two national strategies of rural revitalization and Healthy China,"Promoting the construction of healthy villages" proposed in the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)is an urgent need under the realistic background.At present,most of the research on healthy rural is focused on policy construction and medical services.In the important period of transformation of rural communities in China,optimizing and updating the built environment of suburban rural communities with health orientation is an important issue facing the next stage of rural development.In this paper,after reviewing the relevant literature on the impact of built environment on health,the characteristics of built environment,the characteristics of population activities and the relationship between them were studied by taking 13 villages under the jurisdiction of Sunduan Street in Shaoxing city as examples.In the aspect of the built environment characteristics of suburban rural communities,the author studied the three spatial scales of town,village and village space,and explored the spatial characteristics and problems of different spatial scales.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the activity characteristics of rural population,and a total of1500 questionnaires were issued.Through the analysis and research on the social attributes,activity types and needs,and temporal and spatial characteristics of the population,it was found that the daily leisure and fitness activities of residents were mainly concentrated in the important places around the village and in the village,and the daily activities at the town level were mainly shopping.By using SPSS software to conduct correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis on space and human behavior,the built environment elements with significant effects on residents’ health activities were screened.,the analysis results show: At the town domain scale level,the distance from the village within two kilometers of the farmer’s market and other commercial facilities is one of the important spatial elements to attract residents daily activities;At the village level,the quality and quantity of cultural facilities and sports facilities,accessibility of surrounding roads,and comfort level of waterfront space have significant effects on residents’ outdoor activities.The built environment factors,such as lighting condition and road hardening degree,also have significant influence on the frequency and intensity of residents’ activities.Based on the above research results,this paper proposes a health-oriented renewal design strategy of public service facilities,public space and road system in suburban rural communities at the three levels of town,village and village space,and advocates a working path of macro overall planning at the town level,middle-level renewal design at the village level,and guiding village residents to carry out renewal at the micro level.And take The Cuntou Village of Shaoxing city as an example to promote the practice and application. |
