Research On Community Renewal Planning Strategy In Old Cities Under The Concept Of Inclusiveness

At the Central Working Conference in 2015,the new requirements of "Framing total amount,limiting capacity,revitalizing stock,optimizing increment and improving quality" were put forward.Thereafter urban development gradually turn to connotation.With the further advancement of urbanization,community renewal in old areas,as an important means of improving the city quality,has begun to receive sustained attention.However,the community renewal in old areas mostly neglects the pluralistic interests and diverse social culture: the renewal goal is guided by pure economic development,the inequality of discourse power in the renewal process intensifies the contradiction,the large-scale overturned renewal destroys the cultural style and social space of the community,and the imbalance of public service construction causes conflicts...Such problems are becoming increasingly prominent in the renewal.Therefore,how to improve the planning strategy of community renewal in the old areas,alleviate contradictions and conflicts,solve social problems,and promote the comprehensive development of the community has become imminent.As a value concept,inclusiveness contains the principles of humanity,justice,diversity and sharing.This concept has been gradually applied in various fields in recent years to solve various contradictions and problems: the concept of sustainability and diversity has been put forward in the field of social development;the concept of seeking common ground while reserving differences has been put forward in the political field;the concept of incorporation has been put forward in the cultural field...Contradictions and problems will arise in any field,but conflicts and antagonism will only deepen contradictions.Only by choosing inclusiveness as the ideological orientation of solving problems,can contradictions be alleviated,problems solved and development be achieved.Therefore,this paper studies how to apply the concept of inclusiveness in the renewal planning of the old city community.In view of the existing contradictions and problems in the renewal,this paper puts forward the strategy of inclusive renewal planning,with a view to providing beneficial inspiration for the renewal planning of the old city community in China.Firstly,this paper briefly defines the relevant concepts of the study,summarizes the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,and analyses the domestic and foreign community renewal cases,to provide the basis for the following content.Secondly,it studies and summarizes the concept of inclusiveness,puts forward the connotation and core criteria of inclusiveness,and clarifies the role of inclusiveness in community renewal planning of old cities.Thirdly,it reviews the process of community development in China in chronological order and summarizes the dilemma of community renewal in old cities from the perspective of inclusiveness.Then,in view of the current situation,this paper puts forward the planning strategy of community renewal in the old city under the inclusive concept.Finally,taking the typical community in Wuzhong as an example,the paper puts forward the practical application of the key renewal strategy.
