| Aeronautical products have long manufacturing periods and high performance requirements.If there are quality problems in the production process,they will have a negative impact on production costs,manufacturing periods,and corporate reputation.Therefore,prevent quality problems from occurring has become an important concern in the quality management process.To perform quality control,we need to identify,evaluate,control,and prevent the quality risks in all aspects of the aeronautical product manufacturing process,and apply risk management to enterprise quality management.The entire manufacturing process for aviation products includes product design,process preparation,process equipment manufacturing,on-board finished product procurement,parts processing,component assembly,and flight test delivery.The factors involved in quality risk are complex and diverse,so how to carry out in-depth quality management research,form a quality risk management system suitable for the company’s development,give full play to the advantages of system management and risk prevention in quality management,and manufacture high-quality aviation products has become a difficult problem for aviation manufacturing enterprises.CF company is an aviation manufacturing benchmark enterprise in China.It has a large number of high-tech equipment for aviation manufacturing.New technologies,new processes and new materials are also widely used in the manufacturing process.CF has developed and produced more than 20 models of aircraft.It has exported hundreds of aircraft,which has considerable influence in the industry.Although it has achieved many outstanding achievements in technology and manufacturing,CF still faces tremendous pressure on quality management.According to the current important instructions from President Xi Jinping:"We must build equipment according to the war standards,to ensure that our army can always call it,can fight and win(1)".When the customers use X models,many problems in terms of design and manufacturing are gradually exposed.The current quality model of CF company needs to be changed to meet the increasing requirements of the country and customers,which brings opportunities and challenges to the quality risk management for X model projects,and it has become a matter that the CF company needs to focus on.This paper takes the processing and manufacturing process of X model project in CF company as the research object,it goes deep into the X model product processing and manufacturing site,analyzes the main processes including designing input,the finished product procurement,parts manufacturing,machine assembly,delivering products to customers,and identifying the quality risks that exist in the process.Through the analysis of the manufacturing quality management of X model project in CF company,this paper uses relevant quality tools as guidance to introduce risk management ideas,uses scenario analysis method,worksheet method,flow chart method,analytic hierarchy process,failure mode and impact analysis,and uses scientific algorithms such as FMEA to establish a quality risk evaluation system,constructs a quality risk evaluation model to identify and evaluate the quality risks existing in the manufacturing process,and takes measures to control the higher risk factors,reduce quality risks and improve product quality.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for controlling the risks in manufacturing process of the X model project,guarantees the quality control in the manufacturing process of the X model project,and comprehensively improves the quality management level in CF company.This paper provides theoretical guidance for the quality management in aviation manufacturing enterprises in China under the new situation. |
