Construction Quality Risk And Management Countermeasures For PC Structure Residential Project

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,construction projects have become an important part of urban construction.The scale of construction projects is larger,and the project management involved is more complex compared with other types of projects,which not only have a longer use cycle of funds,but also have a profound impact on the overall urban environment.Of course,the risks facing are also diversified,and different types of risk factors affect each other,which may eventually cause different degrees of risk to the project during the construction.Residential projects are currently the most promising category of projects with broad market prospects,not only becoming the representative industry in the construction project but also being an important livelihood issue of public concern.This paper studies the risk management of the construction project,takes the horizontal components of PC structure residential project as the research object,analyzes the risk management problem which gradually leak out in the residential project,expects to be able to discover the quality risk of the construction of horizontal components of the PC structure residential project,improves the construction quality of the residential project,and enhances the economic and social benefits of the residential project.This paper takes the construction quality risk management as the research focus.First it discusses the PC structure,the construction quality risk and the risk management and some related concepts,draws lessons from the construction quality risk management related theory,constructs the quality risk management appraisal system about the horizontal components of construction project,introduces the engineering project quality risk identification method,the index system,the evaluation model and the risk management thought and the strategy.Then it takes a PC residential project in Jinan as a research case,and specific quality risk management analysis of the horizontal components is carried out while the quality risk identification and risk evaluation of the horizontal components of the project are completed.Specific optimized quality risk management plan and measures are given according to the evaluation results.Risk management measures are expected to clarify the construction quality risk management objectives,methods and specific key points of risk management in the construction quality risk management program from the perspective of improving quality awareness,implementing responsibility system management,focusing on the management of prefabricated components,strengthening daily maintenance and management,standardizing specific operation behavior,reasonably selecting technology,doing a good job of on-site supervision and detailed exploration of the environment,making targeted safeguard measures to optimize the quality level of PC structure residential projects,and improving the construction efficiency of residential projects.
